Monash University Hockey Club was represented very Monash University Hockey Club was represented very well tonight at the Hockey Victoria Awards Night 2022! A HUGE congratulations to three of our VL1 women being named in the Vic League 1 Team of the Year 2022, Courtney Knowler, Loren Tyrrell and Angela Lei, pictured on the first slide with all of our accolades 🀩, as well as our very own Ivan Britto named as the Coach of the Year πŸ‘πŸ‘ Huge congratulations to everyone, and thank you @hockeyvictoriaofficial for the awards!
WOMENS ROUND 2022 What an amazing weekend of hock WOMENS ROUND 2022 What an amazing weekend of hockey this was at the Farmdome πŸŽ‰πŸ‘ A huge thank you to everyone who contributed this weekend, it was an incredibly successful Womens Round! A huge thanks in particular must go to Jess Brown (@jessbrown2211) and the Womens Round committee for all their efforts organising everything, from the Bake Sale to the medals! Thank you everyone, it would not have been possible without the huge amounts of effort you all put inπŸ’“πŸŒΈ We had a very successful round in terms of hockey at the Farmdome, with the following results: Womens VL1Rs won 1-0 Womens VL1s won 2-0 Mens VL1 won 3-0 Mens VL1Rs lost 3-1 Mens 4s lost 3-1 Womens 3s won 4-0 Womens 5s drew 0-0 Well done to all teams, and thanks again for a very successful Womens Round πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸŒΈ
MID SEASON UPDATES πŸ‘ Welcome to the middle of MID SEASON UPDATES πŸ‘ Welcome to the middle of the 2022 Hockey Season!! Congrats to all the teams for their amazing efforts so far!! Monash Hockey is killing it so far this year, so we thought we would do a Mid Season round up to recognise the efforts everyone has put in so far!! Womens VL1s - 1st !! and 3 points ahead of 2nd πŸ‘ Mens VL1s - 6th, and only 1 win away from 4th! Womens VL1Rs - 1st !! a whopping 6 points ahead of 2nd place πŸ‘ Mens VL1RS - 7th Womens Pennant D - 3rd!! Tied for 2nd and only 2 goals behind on goal difference πŸ‘ Mens Pennant D - 5th Womens Pennant E - 9th Mens Metro 2 - 7th Womens Metro 1 - 9th Congrats to all teams, not long now till finals πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ‘
